How to make a Crepe. Victoria's original Crepe rccipe.Pancake recipe with banana

Good morning everyone! Welcome back to my Channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCs-A6zIuEqfjUAq3D9zyOTg?view_as=subscriber  where everyone is encouraged to continue to LIVE, LEARN, CREATE, DECORATE AND most of all, BE HAPPY.
In this video, you can see how an overripe banana can still be used which most of us dislike it and prefer to throw it in the bin. Yet, I've found a very simple way to make it likable to everybody... I mean banana lovers 🙂 Well, here's how!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jeNE1Fc4D1Q

Crepe Ingredients: 2 pieces of Overripe Bananas 4 pieces of eggs 1 liter of Milk 500 grams of Flour 7 tablespoons of Vegetable oil Optional: 5 tablespoons of brown sugar 1 pinch of bicarbonate for cooking or baking soda Pre-cooking procedure: 1. Take a clean bowl of your choice ideal for the quantity of the mixture. 2. Peel-off the banana and place the two bananas in the bowl. 3. Mash the bananas using your mash utensil if you have it in your home. In my case, I just use a kitchen fork. 4. Add one egg then mix or blend it with the bananas. Then, add the second egg and do the same until you finished adding all the prepared eggs intended for the mixture. Blend it all together well. 5. By this time, you can now add 1 liter of milk to the egg and banana mixture. Then blend 6. Add the 500 grams cake or general flour to the mixture. 7. Add the optional ingredients such as a pinch of baking soda and sugar 8. Add the Vegetable oil. Blend it well until you can achieve a creamy texture. When your mixture is ready, cover the creamy mixture and place it in the refrigerator for an hour prior to cooking. Let the mixture assimilate well with each other. In my case: Since I am not planning to eat it right away, I just leave it in the refrigerator overnight. After one hour, your Crepe mixture is now ready for cooking. Now please watch my other video for the cooking instruction of making " french crepe a la banane" or banana crepe.

TRAVEL. FRANCE. FOOD.CUISINE

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jeNE1Fc4D1Q&list=PLwEVdCQ1cTpCuHcmX1NOaYrjdektZ6xOY&index=3

On the other hand, how about checking the life outside the city of Paris?

Are you ready to travel with me with your eyes and mind?
Grab a piece of comfortable chair cause
I am going to show you some places in France outside the city of lights.

The place I had visited was a place called Fler.
It is a “ commune” or town situated in Orne Department in Normandy Region.
It is 57 kilometers away from Mayenne, the place where I live.
To get there on time, it is easier to travel by car.
My husband and I took an hour to get there in Fler.

We arrived in Fler at approximately 2:00 pm.
It was not the clear blue sky as you imagine
but the environment temperature is absolutely fine.

Raindrops start pouring out from a grayish sky,
incredible noise of cars, motorcycles and the crowd greeted us as
we step out from the car to find food to fill in our hungry stomach.
People we have met along the way,
say hello and nod their heads with an authentic smile on their faces.

I continue to look around, massive motorcycles and motor pilots everywhere.

As we arrived at the vicinity,
different people coming from a different region of France
queueing to buy a sandwich.
I said to myself, there must be something on this sandwich.
As I look at it, it is just simply made of bread and a piece of sausage.
As we have our turn to pay and grasp the piece of it, the taste
I could say, perfectly made in heaven taste.
It is indeed a mouthwatering Food.
I think what made the French sausage special is the quality of meat
and the freshness of the herbs they are using
to make the taste extraordinary.
It is simply paired with baguette or french bread brush
with a little mustard on it or it could be with mayonnaise and ketchup,
it is already perfect for a big bite.

By this time hard rain starts pouring,
I went back to the car to pick up my favorite Umbrella, rush back beside the barbecue stand.
Fortunately, the rain stops,
so we move to a bar with some friends.
Some had a glass of beer while I have my cup of warm cappuccino.

Sitting there with the group, enjoying the fresh weather and the cozy ambiance,
I saw a lot of people moving in one direction, motorcycles parade genuinely starts; and
they start moving east, going to the town center.
Decided to join the festivity and enjoy the rest of the day.
Not much time to look around as we visit there for a particular reason.

Since I am happy with what I had experience today
I am going to share with you all the videos
I took along the way, as we head back to the Place called Mayenne.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3NoUprQxkcU&list=PLwEVdCQ1cTpCuHcmX1NOaYrjdektZ6xOY&index=5

In these videos, you can see how the citizens here
taking care of our mother nature, the huge farms,
the beautiful landscape, the animals and the infrastructure too.

Observed as well, on how they maintain the cleanliness of the road,
on how it was equipped fully with road signs and how the travelers respect with one another.

One thing, I greatly admired here in France is the Gesture of respect of the motorist.
After they had been overtaken by an automobile.

They make a quick gesture by stretching on their right leg as a sign of gratitude.
They also had a gesture of “peace sign” by raising up the two fingers as a way of saying
good day to the people in the automobile they had met along the way.

You might be surprised as well on how the people love and
enjoy the comfort of riding a motorcycle.
Astonishing styles of motorbikes/motorcycles you can see in here too.
For those people who are a fan of big bikes, etc.
For some men and women motorcycle is fun and
enjoyable to ride.

Every motorist abides on what is mainly
required by the law. Proper protective clothing
was observed with a helmet for security reasons.
Some of them make fun with their helmets by putting
funny bear face design on it, but that is fine on an
occasional basis like certain rider's events

Heading our way back home,
stopping for a while,
watching around for certain events on that day,
a beautiful black dog caught my attention.
As he moved around trying to find comfort as the crowd, motorcycles; and
automobiles made a lot of noise on that day due to the “day’s event”.
At the back of my head,
I was wondering how the dog was able to cope up
with such incredible noise as we knew,
dog’s hearing is 4x than human. I hope, this beautiful creature
was able to cope up with the noise.
Obviously, the dog got my attention instead of the days event.

It was time for us to move continuously, heading northwest of France.
Fortunately, at this moment,
the sun shines brightly up in the sky,

I am sure everyone was delighted to enjoy the rest of the day.
I enjoyed the travel too as I continue to observe the place.
Different houses range from traditional style to luxury.

As what you can see in this Video below;

Traditional stone built houses

We had passed “ Château de Fougères “, too.
I was overwhelmed even just to see the outside appearance of it.
When you search it on google,
you can read it
as “ La plus grande Forteresse d’Europe” meaning the biggest Fortress of Europe.
According to, “ Cambridge English Dictionary Fortress means
“ a large, strong building or group of buildings that can be defended from attack.
“ Now, you can imagine how this magnificent infrastructure
contributed much to the history of Europe.
Anyway, I need to read more books to become a good historian.

Here is a short video of it, Just click this link below;

Time and travel indeed unnoticeable
when you were enjoying the beauty of mother nature and
human's creation.
Nonetheless the comfort of the ride and
the company of the person you love.

As my mind drifts to what is inside the “Chateau de Fougeres”;
the road sign “ Ambrieres-Les-Vallees “
made me realize that we are minutes away from home.
The latter is a small town of Pay-de-la Loi Region.
It is a quite small town yet Cozy to live.
Noticed the architectural designs of old houses,
the French style window panes, doors designs, and verandas.
I find it all unique designs.
Well, there were things and places to explore,
but it is much more exciting
when you can really feel and experience it by yourself.

Here is a video of some part of the place "Mayenne", just simply click the following images below;

See the beauty of " Viaduc de Mayenne", Please click below image;

We had passed this so-called  " Le Chateau de Mayenne"

It was indeed a perfect day’s out for me, definitely, love French style
and sophistication “ but hey “ how about the French language?

As what my big sister Joy used to say to me;
“ the best way to survive the foreign land is to learn the language”.
“Bonjour a Tous” Merci Beacoup! A bientĂ´t”!
