How to make a Crepe. Victoria's original Crepe rccipe.Pancake recipe with banana

Good morning everyone! Welcome back to my Channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCs-A6zIuEqfjUAq3D9zyOTg?view_as=subscriber  where everyone is encouraged to continue to LIVE, LEARN, CREATE, DECORATE AND most of all, BE HAPPY.
In this video, you can see how an overripe banana can still be used which most of us dislike it and prefer to throw it in the bin. Yet, I've found a very simple way to make it likable to everybody... I mean banana lovers 🙂 Well, here's how!

Crepe Ingredients: 2 pieces of Overripe Bananas 4 pieces of eggs 1 liter of Milk 500 grams of Flour 7 tablespoons of Vegetable oil Optional: 5 tablespoons of brown sugar 1 pinch of bicarbonate for cooking or baking soda Pre-cooking procedure: 1. Take a clean bowl of your choice ideal for the quantity of the mixture. 2. Peel-off the banana and place the two bananas in the bowl. 3. Mash the bananas using your mash utensil if you have it in your home. In my case, I just use a kitchen fork. 4. Add one egg then mix or blend it with the bananas. Then, add the second egg and do the same until you finished adding all the prepared eggs intended for the mixture. Blend it all together well. 5. By this time, you can now add 1 liter of milk to the egg and banana mixture. Then blend 6. Add the 500 grams cake or general flour to the mixture. 7. Add the optional ingredients such as a pinch of baking soda and sugar 8. Add the Vegetable oil. Blend it well until you can achieve a creamy texture. When your mixture is ready, cover the creamy mixture and place it in the refrigerator for an hour prior to cooking. Let the mixture assimilate well with each other. In my case: Since I am not planning to eat it right away, I just leave it in the refrigerator overnight. After one hour, your Crepe mixture is now ready for cooking. Now please watch my other video for the cooking instruction of making " french crepe a la banane" or banana crepe.
